Work in progress – a painting from start to finish

I thought you might like to see the painting of peonies I have just been working on. Here it is as it progressed. It was quite hard stopping to take a photo, when you’re in the loop you need to go with the flow! Still, no sketching first, just splashing the paint on and seeing what happens. The painting is quite large, 120cm by 100cm.
